Tootsie was rescued with her mom and brother, Tuffy as stray cats outside in Philadelphia. They are all very friendly and love to be around people. Tootsie loves to play especially with her brother. She has been spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been microchipped, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
